Some moron with no self respect but a desperate urge for fame and a bit of cash has filed a Criminal Battery Case against Miley Cyrus, that’s right, a grown man has gone to the Police to publicly proclaim that Miley Cyrus beat him up.

WE have no idea how an individual could be so desperate.

The alleged victim claims he and his friends accidentally bumped into Liam’s chair and the two camps exchanged words … an argument that quickly escalated.
