When we heard the New England Patriots were visiting the White House, we assumed someone would be watching Rob Gronkowski.
You know, like the United States Secret Service.
But apparently the tight end wasn’t under tight surveillance, because he went wandering until he found something interesting — Sean Spicer‘s press briefing!
While the troubled press secretary was answering a reporter’s question, Gronk surprised him from behind to ask:
“Sean, need some help?”
To be fair to Gronk, Spicer does always look like he needs help.
Ch-ch-check out the cray moment (below)!

Anyone else think Gronk would make a better press secretary? We mean, he’d give reporters just as many factually accurate answers (zero), but at least he’d do it with a smile on his face.
BTW, if you’re wondering why Spicy wasn’t angry, it’s because he’s a huge Patriots fan. He even giggled for a few seconds afterward and said:
“That was cool.”
Awwww. Sean has a friend!
